Product Roadmap
Vote for features you want · Shape the future of Shurq
This board is the same one the team works from. Every item shows what stage it is at, from requested through to shipped, and anything already released is listed in the changelog tab with the date it went live.
Voting is open to everyone and does not require an account — one vote per person per item, tracked anonymously in your browser. Votes do not decide the order on their own, but they are the strongest signal we have for what to build next, and a request with real weight behind it gets picked up faster.
If what you need is not here, submit it. The most useful requests describe the problem and how you handle it today, rather than a proposed solution — that leaves room to solve it in a way that fits the rest of the product.

September 2026
- Added PPC Sales and Organic Sales as amounts to the main chart on the Dashboard, beside PPC Sales % and Organic Sales %: pick them in Customize Metrics and they can be stacked together as bars, on a date range or on a single day's hourly view. Organic Sales never reads below 0, because ads credit a sale to the day of the click and can count orders of other products, and while only some ad types are selected both organic metrics show a gap, marked All ads in the picker, instead of counting the other ad types' sales as organic.
- Improved the marketplace picker in the header: the Dashboard and the other pages outside Ad Manager can show several marketplaces together again. The first click after opening the menu selects one marketplace and later clicks add or remove others, while Ad Manager stays one marketplace at a time.
- Fixed Last month on the Dashboard switching to the last 14 days once confirmed: it now shows the previous calendar month, compares with the calendar month before it under Previous Period, and moves on to the new last month when a month ends.
- Fixed Organic Sales on the Dashboard for a period whose ad sales exceed its total sales: the cards showed the difference as a positive organic amount and Organic Sales % on the chart dropped below 0%. Both now read 0.
- Fixed Harvest on large selections in the Search Terms table of Ad Manager: when another change is already being sent on the same account, a batch now waits its turn and reads Waiting for another batch on this account instead of marking its terms as not sent, and the result names each distinct reason a batch failed. The preview lists the first 200 skipped terms with a count per reason, so very large harvests stay responsive.
- Fixed Shurq AI search-term totals leaving out which ad types they cover: when another ad type, such as Sponsored Brands, spent in the same dates with no search-term data, the answer now says the totals are Sponsored Products search terms only and how much the other ad type spent.
- Fixed Shurq AI quoting a figure read from Amazon at a set time, such as your Sponsored Products account budget cap, as if it were current: an answer that quotes it without its time now adds when it was read and that it may have changed since.
- Added new questions you can ask Shurq AI: what Shurq changed on your ads and who made each change, what is waiting for your approval, your break-even ACOS and wasted spend measured the same way as the insights panel in Ad Manager, what moved your sales, spend or ACOS against the previous period, and whether a Sponsored Products keyword or ASIN is already negated.
- Added deeper ad reads to the PPC Manager AI employee in Shurq AI: once hired, it answers on your ad groups and their default bids, every keyword and product target across Sponsored Products, Brands and Display, weekly and monthly campaign trends with partial weeks and months marked, budget pacing against each campaign's budget and your Sponsored Products account budget cap, and each campaign's budget, bidding strategy and placement adjustments.
- Added Calculation Settings under Settings: one place for the switches that decide how your P&L counts profit, set per account. A new switch, Assume that pending returns are unsellable (affects the COGS), credits a refunded unit back to cost of goods only when Amazon receives it back sellable and sets Missing returns to 0; your P&L recalculates after you save, which can take up to 30 minutes. Ignore multi-channel (MCF) orders and Don't show FBA shipping chargeback moved here from VAT Settings.
- Added a Lanes menu to the Optimization activity sheet in Ad Manager: untick a lane, such as Dayparting, and its changes leave the chart's day badges and the sheet on every device you use, while the menu still lists the hidden lane with its count so you can bring it back. A day whose changes are all in hidden lanes says so instead of looking empty.
- Improved how Bid Optimizer handles keywords with no sale and small winner raises: a keyword that has spent a meaningful amount without a sale, with odds leaning over your target, now takes the smallest trim and reads Learning: trimmed instead of waiting longer. A proven winner whose last raise was too small to pay is taken to the full step, counted from the bid before that raise, never a step on top of it, and a placement counts as losing only when it is clearly over target. The How bids work glossary explains both.
- Fixed the Optimization activity sheet in Ad Manager listing changes under Bid Optimizer that it did not make: rule changes now sit under Rules, budget cap edits from Profiles and bulk edits under Manual, workflow changes under Workflows, bulk changes an AI app made through Shurq MCP under AI employee, and a change with no record of who made it in a new Unlabelled tab. Changes Amazon reports that Shurq did not make now read Amazon in the Source and By columns, since Amazon never says which person or tool made them.
- Fixed Shurq AI calling search terms waste too early: a term with spend and no orders is now called waste only when that many clicks without an order would be unlikely at its campaign's conversion rate, and the answer names the clicks it judged beside the term's total. Search-term clean-ups and product goal plans never propose your own product terms as negatives, and a clean-up no longer proposes a negative you already have.
- Fixed Shurq AI answers about placements, trends and dates: placements rank campaigns by their spend in the dates you asked and leave Amazon Business out of rankings and totals, campaign trends count Sponsored Brands and Display orders on the same window as their sales, a date range you name reaches the AI employee answering it, today and yesterday follow your marketplace's calendar day, chart cards name their dates, and figures ending in 5 round up.
- Added Bulk Actions to the Placements view in Ad Manager: select placement rows and Edit selected items sets their bid adjustment to a percentage, or raises or lowers it by percentage points or by a percent, with a Change Preview of the before and after values and an optional AI-written note. Rows that cannot be changed, such as Amazon Business placements, are counted and skipped, and the rest are applied to Amazon when you confirm.
- Improved how Bid Optimizer raises winners: a keyword with enough orders under your target is raised once by one clear step on the part of its click that wins, the bid or the placement that sells while another placement is losing, and its click never rises past your max increase. New Limits labels say what happened: Winner raised at its best placement, Owns the query: held when the keyword already ranks at the top organically, Raise too small to pay and No winning placement. When your settings put efficiency first, a winner is raised only if it would stay under target even when the raise buys no extra sale.
- Improved the caps in Bid Optimizer: your max change now caps the whole click, the bid and the placement boost together, and a row trimmed to fit reads Click price cap. A placement raise with no proven keyword behind it stays small and reads No winner leads it.
- Improved Changed recently in Bid Optimizer: bid and placement changes made outside Shurq, such as in the Amazon Ads console, now count as the last change, so a move is never repeated on the same evidence, and the Why sentence names who made it, such as Outside Shurq.
- Improved the glossary in the How bids work guide: its labels are grouped into five sections, Where a row stands, Winners, Held on purpose, Placements and Caps and limits, in larger type with more room between rows, and it covers the new winner, cap and outside-Shurq labels.
- Improved the default filters in Ad Manager: each table now opens on enabled rows, with a state chip set to Enabled beside Impressions ≥ 1, such as Campaign State on Campaigns, Ad Group State and Campaign State on Ad Groups, and Target State and Campaign State on Targeting, while Placements opens on enabled Top of Search, Rest of Search and Product Pages rows. A state you already chose is kept and every chip can be removed. In Filter By, a new numeric condition opens on Greater than, and Ad Type and Bid Optimization open empty.
- Improved Revert on the MCP tab of the Changelog hub in Ad Manager: a change that added several negatives is undone one negative at a time, negatives Shurq has no record of are looked up on Amazon before anything is refused, a change is marked reverted only once every one of its negatives is archived, and clicking Revert again finishes the rest. A partly applied change now says under its status which rows did not go through and why, and an archive says Amazon archives are permanent instead of pointing you to the grid.
- Improved the Product Details table: it now runs on the same grid as Ad Manager, with a menu on each column including a column chooser that stays in step with the toolbar's column settings, columns sized to their content unless you set a width, a header that stays in place while the rows scroll, shift-click to tick a range of products, and pinned columns released on phone screens.
- Fixed the Delta on placement rows in Bid Optimizer reading 0.0% when the placement's price fell through a cut to its campaign's keyword bids: it now shows how much the placement's price per click moved, a placement whose price moved stays visible with Show unchanged off, and the direction filter, Delta sort and selection arrows read the same number.
- Fixed slow Bid Optimizer previews on large selections giving up after 30 seconds while the engine was still working: a preview now waits up to two minutes. A row marked One order: small step whose bid holds now says it holds until more orders land, instead of describing a small raise.
- Fixed the action picker in the Edit Audiences and Negative Targeting bulk dialogs in Ad Manager: its label was unreadable in dark mode and its list could be cut off by the dialog. The list now opens above the dialog at the picker's width.
- Fixed Shurq AI answers that missed or mislabelled your data: search-term totals cover every matching term, a question about search terms containing a word checks every term, inventory totals count every ASIN you hold, a campaign's daily trend accepts the campaign's name and a date range, an account-wide trend is labelled as the account total, a chart built from an AI employee's long list uses every row, and CPC and cost per order are no longer withheld. A malformed lookup no longer ends the answer in an error.
- Added an Amazon tab to the Optimization activity sheet in Ad Manager: changes that Amazon reports but Shurq did not make, such as bid, budget, state and placement edits made in the Amazon Ads console, now appear on the day they happened with Outside Shurq in the By column, since Amazon never says who made them. Amazon's own out-of-budget changes read Amazon.
- Added a Rank receipt column to Bid Optimizer: on a keyword priced above its break-even, it shows the money spent above break-even in the selected range, and its tooltip names the organic rank and click share at the start and end of that range, or says the keyword's rank is not tracked.
- Added variation rows to VAT Settings: a product family with variations opens to one read-only row per variation with its ASIN, title, sales and measured rate, each saying whether it uses the family rate or the family's override. The table also has one header style, aligned edges, one segmented control per product with the country's VAT bands and Custom, the same control as Set all, and scrolls sideways on a phone instead of cutting columns off.
- Improved the Optimization activity sheet in Ad Manager: every row says where a change came from and who made it, such as Bulk edit · Targeting with the person who applied it, Workflow and Rule with their names, or the name of the AI app that made a change through Shurq MCP, and new Workflows and Rules tabs sit beside the others. Your own bulk bid changes no longer read as Bid Optimizer.
- Improved the layout of the Optimization activity sheet: it opens on Bid Optimizer when the day has a run, the tabs read Bid Optimizer, Manual, Amazon, Dayparting, Workflows, Rules, AI employee and All, rows sit in a table with a Columns menu whose widths always fit the sheet, Reason / note leads with the AI note, the CSV export is named by account, day, tab and time, and the sheet keeps one height as you switch tabs.
- Improved the Bid Optimizer loading card: while a preview builds, its four stages, Review performance, Check inventory, Price keywords & targets and Solve placements, tick off as the engine actually reaches each one, the details under them are open by default, and the card reminds you that you review every change before anything is applied.
- Improved the Limits column in Bid Optimizer: a keyword already earning near target reads Winner held and keeps its price, or Winner raised when both its click share and organic rank are slipping, with a Why sentence naming what is missing. A placement that fell with a recent base bid cut reads Base bid cut, waiting for evidence with the size and day of the cut, instead of Level cut not delivered.
- Improved Search Query Analytics: the metric tiles use the same cards as Ad Manager, with trend sparklines and one colour per metric shared with the chart, the toolbar fits search, scope chips and actions on one line with chart, export and refresh under More, and numeric columns size to their content.
- Improved the daily chart on the Dashboard: lines draw at 3px with a dot per point while the window has 45 points or fewer, the same default look as the Ad Manager chart, and the line settings in Customize graph open on what is drawn. A saved line appearance still wins.
- Fixed times and days in the Optimization activity sheet: dayparting changes could show an hour or more off your clock, and changes near midnight could sit on the wrong day's badge. Every change now sits on the marketplace's day with its time on your own clock, a weekday is shown when your date differs, and Ask Shurq in the sheet scrolls again instead of cutting off the message box.
- Fixed saved column Views in Ad Manager deleting views you already had: once a store filled up, saving one more view could silently remove older ones on every device. Nothing is removed now, there is room for nearly twice as many views, and when the store is full a message asks you to delete one first.
- Fixed a confirmed Break-even ACOS in Ad Manager, and whether the insights panel is shown, being shared by everyone who signed in on the same browser: both are now kept per person, and a value you already confirmed carries over.
- Fixed Build with AI in Workflows turning a budget request into a bid: Workflows has no budget action, so a request such as setting campaign budgets by ROAS tier now says it cannot be built instead of drafting a bid of that amount, and the same check covers workflows built from chat.
- Fixed Shurq AI answers that could rest on the wrong data: a tool request outside what the tool accepts is now refused and retried instead of quietly answering a different question, large results passed to an AI employee are trimmed with their row counts named instead of cut mid-list, dates survive the trim, a percentage written 100 times too small or too large no longer passes the accuracy check, and conversations with some AI employees are no longer lost from history.
- Fixed columns in Keyword Tracker such as Weighted Rank loading forever when their data could not be fetched: they now show a dash, and the Delivery Speed chart says there is no data for the range instead of loading forever.
- Fixed a browser tab left open across a Shurq update: the next page you open loads the new version instead of failing on a missing file, and a section that could not load recovers on its own after every update rather than only the first three.
- Added an Optimization activity sheet to the chart in Ad Manager: click a day's badge to see that day's changes as rows of time, activity, change and bids, each opening to its source, user, entity, errors, the original log line and the note, with View in Changelog beside it. Tabs split the day into Dayparting, Bid Optimizer, Automation, AI employee and Manual with a count on each, a card names the program when the whole day shares one, and the sheet can be resized, with the size remembered in your browser.
- Added Bid Optimizer runs to the day badges on the Ad Manager chart: the badges used to count manual, bulk and dayparting changes only. A run's detail lists why its bids moved as reason chips with a count each, such as Low Visibility, and shows the whole AI note for the run. The badges now load from a short-lived cache, and each source appears as soon as it answers.
- Added Ask Shurq to the Optimization activity sheet: it opens Shurq AI inside the sheet with the rows of the day and tab you are viewing as context and asks it to explain them, and Activity takes you back to the list.
- Added three options to chart Customize on the Dashboard and Ad Manager: Apply this line appearance to all lines copies one line's thickness, opacity, markers and value labels to every other line, Copy from another chart brings a saved preset across from the other page, and in Ad Manager a reference line can follow your Break-even ACOS. When no break-even figure is available the line is hidden rather than drawn at an old number, and Stop following turns it into a fixed line.
- Improved chart Customize in Ad Manager: the layout, saved presets and each metric's colour and chart style are now kept on your account, so they follow you to another browser or machine, and a reset carries over too.
- Improved the look of the Ad Manager chart: the day badges sit in their own row under the date labels instead of on the axis, the day you have open stays highlighted, date labels drop the year, and lines draw at 3px with a dot per point while the window has 45 points or fewer.
- Improved the How bids work guide in Ad Manager: it is now a collection of six articles, from how the optimizer thinks and next-click pricing to placements, guardrails and reading your rows, each with worked examples, figures and links to the previous and next article, and the glossary covers every Limits and Why label the grid shows.
- Improved the Limits column in Bid Optimizer: a low-visibility keyword or target raised by its standard step, with no cap or limit binding it, now reads Visibility step with a Why sentence instead of an empty cell.
- Improved the table in Search Query Analytics: it now uses the same grid design as Ad Manager, sorting applies to the full result set instead of the rows loaded so far, long lists scroll without loading in steps, each column has a menu with filters and a column chooser, and pinned columns release on phone screens.
- Improved the marketplace picker in the header: it now selects one marketplace at a time on every page, as it already did in Ad Manager. Clicking a marketplace switches to it, and a saved selection of several marketplaces opens on the first of them.
- Improved two defaults in Ad Manager: a new session opens on the last 14 days excluding today with a comparison window of the same length, and the Ad Manager row in the sidebar now opens Ads Insights as well as expanding its group.
- Fixed chart Customize settings on the Dashboard being able to overwrite the copy saved from another device: on a slow first load the browser's local settings could be saved before your account's copy had arrived. Saving now waits until the two are merged.
- Added next-click pricing to Bid Optimizer: a keyword, target or placement with at least one order is no longer held for a click count before its ACOS is trusted. It is priced on its expected next click, the window's own conversion blended with the product's conversion rate, and when that differs clearly from the window's ACOS the Limits column reads Priced on the next click with a Why sentence naming the expected ACOS, the orders, the clicks and the rate it was blended with. A row with a single order carries One order: small step, so its raise starts small and grows as more orders land.
- Added a Non-converting targets control to Optimization settings in Bid Optimizer: Measured, the default, sizes the cut by the odds that the next click pays for itself, and Fast takes your max decrease every run once a target has spent one sale's worth without converting. Rows sized that way read Fast cut under Limits, and the export's Settings sheet records the mode.
- Added three guards to Bid Optimizer: Priced from the window's bid when the bid that bought the window's clicks differs from today's, with the Why tooltip naming both bids and the dates the bid changed, Campaign Budget when a bid is capped so one click cannot spend the campaign's daily budget, and Campaign over target, which holds a low-visibility raise or a placement lift inside a campaign already running over its target ACOS.
- Added a same-hour comparison to the Today card on the Dashboard: sales, orders and units now compare with yesterday up to the same marketplace time, labelled vs yesterday until with the time, so the change shows from the first hours of the day. Ad spend and profit keep the full-day comparison from 12:00.
- Added a fullscreen view to the Sales table on the Dashboard: Expand table opens a marketplace's product table over the whole window with its drill-downs kept open, and Exit fullscreen or Escape returns it to the page.
- Added saved presets to Filter By on the Dashboard: Save New stores the current conditions as a personal or team preset per view, and a saved preset re-resolves its options against the current catalog when it is applied.
- Added a stock roll-up to each country row on the Dashboard: one capsule counts the marketplace's products that are out of stock, low and overstocked, and the banner above the table now also names products under 10 days of cover and overstocked ones, with the worst level leading.
- Improved the product picker on the Dashboard: search by product name, ASIN or SKU, group by ASIN or Parent ASIN, narrow to FBA or FBM, sort by FBA stock or price, see each product's stock with an Out of stock mark, open a product's listings and prices, and review or clear the selection from a summary panel.
- Improved SP budget caps on Profiles in Ad Manager: clearing the cap, typing 0, none or no cap, or choosing Campaign-level in the bulk bar now writes a campaign-level setting to Amazon instead of being refused, a cap edited in the Amazon console shows within 15 minutes rather than 6 hours, and a row you just wrote is held out of the background refresh while Amazon's own read catches up.
- Improved the reasons in Bid Optimizer: each row now shows one sentence, Limits shows the label that set the number and Why says it, and Changed recently is judged on spend since the last change against one sale's worth at target rather than on a click count, so a row far over target is never held by it.
- Improved the How bids work guide in Ad Manager: rewritten against the current engine as a four-stage map with figures and a glossary of every Limits and Why label the grid shows.
- Fixed Bid Optimizer showing every row as risen by its whole value when the comparison window held no data: the change lines and the export's change columns are withheld, and the count line reads No earlier period with data, so no change is shown.
- Fixed the main chart on the Dashboard printing 0% PPC share of sales labels when the window has no ad sales: the labels, the legend note and the tooltip row are hidden for that window.
- Fixed Profiles in Ad Manager showing two stacked empty states on first load instead of a loader, and the Budget headroom selector changing width between 25% and 100%.
- Added Customize to the performance chart in Ad Manager: the same chart editor as the Dashboard, with bar layout, legend position, axis labels, gridlines, tooltip, reference lines, line appearance and saved presets, and the legend and toolbar controls now behave the same way on both pages.
- Improved the Sales table on the Dashboard: Parent ASIN rows now add up to the marketplace total. Ad spend and ad sales not yet attributed to a product, mostly today's real-time figures ahead of the product reports, show as an incl. note beside the country row's Ad Spend and Ad Sales, with the explanation on hover, and the comparison window shows the same note as an amount rather than a percentage.
- Improved Changed recently in Bid Optimizer: a row whose bid changed less than 3 days ago and whose new proposal would move it the same way again now holds at its live bid under Changed recently: waiting, with the Why sentence naming the last change, the clicks since and the clicks a verdict needs. A move in the opposite direction, or a change 3 or more days old, keeps the warning and the proposal stands.
- Added a Win Slide to Shurq Chat: ask for your win slide or your results since onboarding and it builds a one-slide deck from your advertising data, the window since you joined against the same length of time before it. The slide is assembled the same way every time from measured figures, a section appears only when the data supports it, and when there is no earlier data the slide shows the current window alone with no deltas. Win Slide is also a report type you can put on a schedule.
- Added stock chips to the Sales rows of the Dashboard: Out of stock, Low and Overstock grade each product by its days of cover at the current sales rate, with the days on the chip, and a dismissible banner above the table lists the products that are out of stock. The thresholds are the same ones Inventory under Products uses, so a product reads the same on both pages: low is under 10 days, overstock is over 90.
- Improved the Today card on the Dashboard: the change percentage is withheld until 12:00 marketplace time, when a partial day against a full one stops reading as a collapse, and the comparison is labelled vs yesterday (full day) so the two windows are named.
- Improved the main chart on the Dashboard: the PPC share of sales bar labels have their own toggle under Customize, with a legend note and a tooltip row, today's partial bucket is dimmed and marked with the time it was read, and the Sales grid's pinned columns cast a shadow with a fade at the right edge while you scroll sideways.
- Improved two defaults: a new Campaign State condition in Filter By on Ad Manager opens with Enabled ticked instead of nothing selected, and the Dashboard date picker opens on Last 14 days on a first visit.
- Improved Bid Optimizer while a preview builds and in Optimization settings: the building state names the five real stages of the pipeline instead of a placeholder table, the settings date range follows the header date picker on every open, the cut curve opens on Smooth for a new session again while a curve you already chose is kept, the break-even note spans the settings row, and the download icon spins while an export builds.
- Improved skill uploads in Shurq Chat: a skill bundle now imports whole, with the instructions file and the bundled reference text each accepted up to 160,000 characters instead of bouncing larger real-world skills.
- Fixed the comparison window in the date picker: a hand-picked compare range that matches a preset now snaps to that preset, and when the primary range changes length the compare range is re-derived as the previous period instead of keeping the old one.
- Fixed the expenses panel on the Dashboard not adding up to Net profit: fee items carry their sign, reimbursement, shipping and custom expense lines are included, and the bars now scale as a share of sales.
- Fixed the profit, margin and ROI card tiles on the Dashboard missing their comparison arrow, and the credit chip showing -0% when the change rounds to zero.
- Fixed three things in Shurq Chat: file uploads failed with an error on every attempt, a long multi-step question could end with an empty reply once the tool budget was used up, and a Metric Correlation heatmap that was not computed from your data has been removed.
- Added Vendor Central accounts to Connect: choose Seller Central or Vendor Central when connecting, pick the country you sign in to for a vendor, and the connected account carries a Vendor badge in the account switcher. Opening a vendor account lands on the Vendor tab of the Dashboard, the hub tabs and sidebar show only what that account kind can open, and the import progress card reads Not applicable for the catalog import a vendor does not have instead of stalling short of 100%.
- Added a Vendor tab to the Dashboard for Vendor Central accounts: cards for the latest complete day, previous day, month to date, last 30 days and last month with a metric picker and delta on each, twelve Sales and Traffic tiles with their own sparklines, an inventory health panel where an unreported value reads not reported rather than 0, four charts under one grain control, a comparison picker that overlays the prior window, and a products table with header totals, per-cell comparisons, search, filters and a click that scopes the whole page to one ASIN. A coverage strip names how many days of the window each Amazon report has published.
- Added Profiles to Ad Manager: one row per advertising profile with the window's spend, sales, ACOS, TACoS and comparison deltas, a 30-day spark, Last optimized with the number of targets the last run touched, managed versus unmanaged ACOS and each profile's resolved target ACOS and TACoS. Tiles and the chart describe the rows on screen, Group By, Filter By with saved presets, Customize columns with saved Views, a display currency selector with a Rows in native currency toggle, and CSV export, and every setting follows you across browsers.
- Added SP budget caps to Profiles in Ad Manager: each row shows the account's Sponsored Products daily budget cap as capped, campaign-level or unsynced, Refresh caps resyncs them from Amazon, and account owners can set the cap and a Budget headroom of 25% or 100% inline or from the bulk bar over any selection. Each write is confirmed against Amazon before it is recorded, and the Changelog lists it as an account-level Budget change under its own Budget changes filter.
- Added Tags and Team to Profiles in Ad Manager: assign tags or a team from the row, from the one-profile dialog or from the bulk bar, then group, filter and export by them. The bulk bar reads N of M and mounts on any selection, so a header select-all over profiles you can and cannot edit shows the actions with the view-only rows marked as skipped.
- Added a portfolio mode to Shurq AI on Profiles in Ad Manager: the copilot reads the profiles on screen rather than the header account picker, opens with a briefing that names how many profiles and which window it is looking at, answers with a chip per named profile that narrows the grid, and its threads now save under History with a Portfolio subtitle so they can be reopened. New chat always confirms with a toast and focuses the composer.
- Added an Isolate view to Ad Manager: filter the campaigns down to a set and press Isolate to open that set in its own tab, where every Group By lane, the KPI cards, the comparison window, the chart and the drill-down read only those campaigns and the scope cannot be widened from inside. Nothing done in the tab touches your main Ad Manager layout. Saved views open the same way with Open isolated, re-resolving their filters so campaigns created since the view was saved join it, and the per-day markers under the chart are rebuilt from the bid change history for that set with a hover card naming the runs behind each one.
- Added a target check to Optimization settings in Bid Optimizer: when the effective target ACOS, whether typed under Custom or derived from a preset, sits above the measured break-even, an amber note names both figures and the loss per unit of sales in your marketplace currency. It never blocks the preview or changes the value. The Standard curve is now labelled Direct (full step) with a tooltip that states what it computes, and new sessions default to it.
- Improved the Bid Optimizer grid: it now uses the Ad Manager grid design with level rows, reason chips and even headers, every ratio header such as CTR, CVR, CPA, AOV, CPM and ROAS shows its total and comparison, wide labels wrap onto two lines, columns fit their content on load without stretching, the Display options survive a reload and follow you to another machine, and a first visit opens on a curated column layout instead of definition order.
- Improved the reasons in Bid Optimizer: every row now carries a reason, including On target, placement-level cuts and placement cuts driven by the prediction, with a matching Why sentence, and the Limits column names vCPM lanes and holds, so a row at the vCPM minimum or capped at the preset step says why.
- Improved Set Max bid to CPC + (%) in Edit selected items of Bid Optimizer: on placement rows it now solves each placement's own modifier, and a bulk plan applies bids first and then placements against the refreshed base, so mixed selections land on the intended Max bid.
- Improved table settings across the app: the tables on the Dashboard, the Search Query Analytics table and the Negative Targeting, Product Details, Keyword Analyzer and Automations grids now keep their column visibility, order, widths and sort on your account, and the Ad Manager Time Table metric and heatmap, charted series, filter preset scope, dayparting view and N-grams dialog settings do the same, so a logout, cleared site data or a second computer shows what you set.
- Improved the date picker: a Last month preset in Ad Manager, the Dashboard, P&L and Profiles selects the previous calendar month in marketplace time, and Previous Period on a full calendar month now compares with the prior calendar month rather than a window of the same length.
- Fixed Bid Optimizer showing every amount in dollars: the grid, the inline editor, the export and the AI note now use the marketplace's own currency, a typed pound or euro amount is no longer discarded, and an amount whose currency cannot be resolved is shown bare rather than with a guessed symbol.
- Fixed the Excel export in Bid Optimizer hanging on large previews: exporting all rows, bulk apply and import now look each row up directly instead of walking the whole grid per row, so an 18,000-row preview exports in seconds.
- Fixed bulk edits in Bid Optimizer pricing a campaign off the previous render rather than the edits made so far: Set Max bid to CPC + (%) on placements landed 7% to 20% off and multi-keyword edits under-scaled placement Max bid. Also fixed the export printing unchanged rows without a currency symbol next to changed rows that had one.
- Fixed Cost of goods on the P&L missing its header by the value of unreturned refunds: a Missing returns row now sits under it, so the child rows add up to the header again.
- Fixed the heatmap in the Time Table view of Ad Manager growing every row by 2px when switched on: the cell separator is drawn inside the cell, so the Trend row keeps its height.
- Fixed Shurq Chat feedback: a thumbs up or down showed as saved but was never recorded, a question about rank changes now asks for the product it should look at instead of failing, and report generation no longer fails on some requests.
- Added a Click share column to Bid Optimizer: on keyword rows it shows your share of every click the search received, from Search Query Performance, pinned next to Organic rank and included in the column picker and exports. Hovering names the weeks read, your paid share of those clicks, and says so when the newest readings fall before the selected range. The cell draws a 12-week trend you can scrub week by week, and clicking it opens the full history with 90D, 180D, 1 Year and Lifetime ranges.
- Added a Cannibal risk chip to Bid Optimizer: a keyword holding organic position 1 or 2 where you already win at least 40% of the search's clicks and paid ads carry at least 40% of them is let stand as a candidate for moving spend off Top of Search, and the Why tooltip now reads the click share behind the call. A top-ranked keyword with a small click share keeps its rank defense, because the paid slot still reaches buyers the organic slot never gets.
- Added a Boosted · share slipping chip to Bid Optimizer: when a keyword's ACOS is under target but its click share fell by 3 percentage points or more over the last 4 weeks against the 4 before, the proposed raise steps up 1.5 times, still capped by the row's own limits, and the tooltip names the exact move. Cuts are never touched.
- Added a Rank Defense column to Search Query Analytics: for searches where you rank organically at 1 or 2, a chip reads Ads add reach when your click share is small, Cannibal risk when you own most of the clicks and paid carries most of yours, or Organic carries it otherwise, with the numbers on hover. No verdict is shown under 30 of your own clicks or without a rank and share.
- Added a redesigned bulk Automate to Ad Manager: each selected campaign gets its own target ACOS, bid floor and bid ceiling under a shared Profit-first, Balanced, Growth or Custom profile shown as an ACOS range, a Performance & evidence panel per campaign loads placement economics, top keywords with organic rank and proposed keyword changes on demand, Advanced settings cover the ramp-up and schedules, and a Review targets before enabling step lists every setting before activation. Campaigns activate one at a time with a result per campaign, already automated campaigns are excluded, and paused campaigns stay paused.
- Added a redesigned single-campaign bid automation to Ad Manager: Target & recommendation shows break-even, current ACOS and a Target profile, Bid controls set the floor and ceiling with a Reset ceiling to 2× shortcut, Performance & evidence and Advanced settings open on demand, and Confirm your settings lists exactly what will be saved. The estimated bid change refreshes whenever you edit a setting and is labelled as an estimate, and a submission that did not clearly finish is held until the status is checked rather than sent twice.
- Added a two-section Edit selected items dialog to Bid Optimizer: placements and bids each pick their own action, so one apply can set or adjust placement percentages, including by points, while bids are set, adjusted, reset to suggested, or priced as CPC, RPC or the suggested bid times a multiplier of your choice. Either section can be left at No change.
- Added a Set Max bid to CPC + (%) mode to Edit selected items in Bid Optimizer: the base bid is priced so the row's Max bid lands a chosen percentage above its CPC, anchored on This window or the Compared window, with placements untouched so the lift comes from the base bid rather than a placement boost. The dialog shows how many selected rows carry a CPC to anchor on.
- Fixed Organic rank in Bid Optimizer showing a dash for tracked keywords on accounts tracking more than 12 products while Keyword Tracker held a rank for them: every tracked product is now indexed, keywords beyond the first page are followed, and the rank history popup reads the same way.
- Added datasets to the Advertised Products table in Ad Manager: a selector above the chart switches between SP & SD product ads, Sponsored Brands ads, SP video ads and Sponsored Brands by product. The Sponsored Brands ads dataset carries delivery, video rate, quartiles, unmutes and viewable impressions per ad, the SP video ads dataset reads the video extension's own figures as the row's primary metrics with the product ad's totals in an Ad block, and Sponsored Brands by product shows exact sales, orders and units per purchased product with spend estimated from the product's share of the campaign's purchased sales, an Unattributed row per campaign that spent with no purchases, so totals reconcile to the campaign view. Every dataset keeps its comparison deltas, defaults to live ads, and the chosen dataset with its Group By and Filter By survives a refresh.
- Added product economics, stock and family columns to the Advertised Products table in Ad Manager: True Profit, Break-even ACOS, TACoS, Paid Share, Organic Revenue, Product Units, Margin and Refunds at product level, with Velocity, Days Left, Inbound, Stock Status and Ad on Low Stock from your inventory, and Parent ASIN, Ads on ASIN and Same/Other SKU. A new Pause low-stock ads bulk action pauses product ads whose stock falls under a threshold you set, naming each row in the preview, and the copilot's row explanation now includes the product's economics, stock and family.
- Added a Products column to the Sponsored Brands ads dataset in Ad Manager: the featured products show as thumbnails right after the Ad column, and hovering opens a card listing every featured product with its image, title and ASIN.
- Added destinations to Harvest on the Search Terms table in Ad Manager: pick the source terms, resolve where each one goes through your campaign mappings, and review a preview of the exact keywords and product targets that will be created in the mapped destinations with their bids before sending. Every send lands in the change history, and the Harvested flag on a term now reflects each mapped destination on its own.
- Added a scheduled Bid Optimizer to Workflows in Ad Manager: a flow can run the optimizer on a schedule with a Runs from and Until window of up to 90 days, choosing the Growth, Balanced, Profit first or Custom strategy with the same placement, rank care and maximum change settings as the optimizer page. Each run applies as one batch in the changelog with a note naming the workflow and strategy, the flow shows Completed after its last run, and saving warns when the window overlaps another running optimizer flow or touches campaigns already on Automate.
- Added an MCP tab to the Changelog hub in Ad Manager: every change made through Shurq MCP, with Amazon's answer. Runs are grouped into cards with a plain title such as Raised 28 bids, who made them, when, and a status pill, and expanding a run shows each row's before and after values with the raw error when Amazon refused. A Revert button per run or per row builds the inverse change and sends it through the same lanes as the grid, marking the rows as reverted, while rows that cannot be reversed say why in plain words. Scheduled workflow runs created through Shurq MCP appear here too.
- Added a Dayparting tab to the Changelog hub in Ad Manager: one card per schedule with its shaped, base and since-enrolment ACOS, a week-by-hour grid coloured from the last 90 days of hourly data, green where an hour is cheaper than the campaign average and red where it is costlier, the best and worst windows, Amazon failures with plain hints, and an hour-by-hour table behind a disclosure. Status reads Running, Missed ticks, Errors, Paused, Ended, Not started, Enabled or Stopped: billing, and every number is measured with its window named or hidden, never zero-filled.
- Added honest labels to Bid Optimizer rows that used to say nothing: Learning on a keyword or placement with no sale yet that the prediction cannot judge, Too few clicks to judge, Auditioning, Duplicate bids higher where a twin campaign already bids more, Changed recently as a warning, not a hold, on a row re-priced before its last change has enough clicks under it, and Cut through the keywords on a placement whose level fell because the campaign's keywords were cut on their own. Last optimized now shows the row's own stamp, with the campaign's stamp moved to a hidden Campaign last optimized column.
- Added FIFO cost batches to Customize Cost on the Products page: a Batches tab records each batch with its received date, units, unit cost and comment, profit is priced from those batches, and the COGS column shows a batches badge where they exist. A new Upload cost file option imports a cost history file, routing batch rows and period rows to the right place, asking the file's currency once and reporting saved counts with the row numbers of any errors.
- Added saved column Views to every Ad Manager table that follow you across browsers and survive logout: a starred view opens as the default for its table, and your dragged column widths and Group By band are saved with the column layout, so a table opens exactly as you left it on any computer.
- Added cross-device memory to Customize on the Dashboard graph: its layout, presets and metric colours now follow your account instead of one browser, so a logout, cleared site data or a second computer shows the graph you set up.
- Improved Add Products on the Dashboard: a Product lens pill names the active managed or unmanaged lens and how many products it applies to, and when the lens matches no products it says so, explains that every figure reads 0 for that reason, and offers Show all products.
- Improved the Campaign, Portfolio and ASIN pickers under Filter By in Ad Manager: ticked rows sit first under a Selected band so you can see what you already chose, the order is fixed while the picker is open so rows do not slide under your cursor, and a selection the list cannot show appears as a ticked row marked not in this list instead of an invisible filter you could not remove.
- Improved bulk creation in the Campaign Builder: large submits go out in batches of 15 campaigns with progress shown as batch i of n, a retry replays only the batches that finished, and each request gets a longer wait so a batch Amazon is still honouring is not cut off. The preview pages and their progress panel are now readable in dark mode.
- Improved the Market IQ toolbar: the Shurq AI mascot replaces Discuss in Chat with a greeting that names this view's gap count, Listing Builder becomes an icon, and the toggle and filter pills no longer wrap, so the bar fits on one row.
- Improved small details across Ad Manager: the vs prev caption under a metric card's delta is quieter than the delta itself, the copilot's empty state drops the tile above its heading, long text columns such as Product Titles and Headline size to the width most rows fit in, and the Sponsored Brands ads dataset sits on the standard row height.
- Fixed the Campaign Builder reporting Campaign creation completed! whenever the server answered, even when Amazon had refused: the result now reads created, partial or failed, a partial result says the campaign exists on Amazon and points to Ad Manager, and a double click can no longer create the same campaign twice. Also fixed the negative product button opening the negative keyword dialog, a typed campaign name being overwritten on a brand change, and the {ASIN} tag in an ad group name reaching Amazon unexpanded.
- Fixed the expanded campaign rows in the Time Table view of Ad Manager sitting out of line with the date columns above them: the detail now renders as rows of the same table, newest period first, and its label cell is opaque so scrolled values no longer bleed through it in dark mode.
- Fixed the Sales & Spend sparkline in Ad Manager going blank after a search on the Advertised Products datasets, and fixed Break-even ACOS in that table's header deriving from the wrong sums, so it now matches the definition used on the trends page. The keyword-only Combined Search Volume, Market CTR and Market CVR columns, always blank on product rows, are gone from those datasets, and Campaign Targeting Type now resolves on every product row.
